Stakeholder Engagement

By engaging with stakeholders' feedback, it helps to paint a clear vision and identify the various roles. The company should assume across different levels to promote sustainable strategies and create shared value. Through stakeholder engagement, it filters out key topics with risks, opportunities, and significant impacts, allowing management to allocate resources effectively under constraints, and to plan short, medium, and long-term sustainable development strategies while transparently disclosing both positive and negative information.

Simultaneously, the Company adheres to the stakeholder definitions outlined in the GRI Standards (2021). These groups include: employees, customers, shareholders/investors, business partners (suppliers, distributors, contractors, etc.), financial institutions, communities (non-governmental organizations, non-profits, vulnerable groups), and government agencies. To ensure the implementation and achievement of key issues, the Company's ESG Report Preparation Team holds regular project meetings, consolidates stakeholder engagement results from various departments, and sustainability discussion recommendations. Annually, these are reported and confirmed to the board of directors. The communication status with stakeholders in 2022 was reported to the board on August 8, 2023.

Caring about the publicity of electricity safety knowledge for all people
There are hidden dangers in home electricity consumption, especially in houses over 20 years old. In addition to overloading of electricity, humid environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies in the home can easily cause the casing of electrical equipment to age, leading to a reduction in insulation performance, deterioration, or damage, and even more serious consequences. A major factor in electric shock hazards, leakage, and even fires. Even if an old house is renovated and replaced with new furniture and appliances, the old distribution boxes and water and electricity pipelines are often neglected. It is recommended that all pipeline switches be updated to avoid leakage and tripping due to obstruction, damage, and exposure due to oldness. electricity, causing losses to people and property.
As a leading brand in the domestic motor industry, it is our unshirkable social responsibility to protect the safety of electricity at home. Our company has specially set up an "Electricity Safety Website" to provide the public with relevant electricity safety propaganda, taking electricity safety as its own responsibility and transforming it into a home-use safety website. The patron saint protects people’s safety when using electricity.
