It is clearly defined in the Quality Management Manuals of each business group and serves as the highest guiding principle for quality compliance across the organization

Quality Management

      In the manufacturing industry, product quality is paramount. Excellent quality builds competitive strength. To ensure product quality and customer safety during usage, the Company has established "Quality Assurance Departments" and "Manufacturing Management Departments" within each business group. These teams are responsible for driving smart manufacturing, strengthening operational competitiveness, deepening core manufacturing technologies, reinforcing engineering and validation capabilities, and enhancing risk management—all to ensure comprehensive quality control.

Quality Management System Certification

      All products developed and manufactured by the Company's business groups have obtained, and continue to maintain, international quality management system certifications. The Automobile Equipment Bussiness Group adheres to the latest automotive industry standard IATF 16949:2016, while all other business units (Taiwan production sites) are certified under the ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system standard.
