Green Energy Dvelopment

As a globally recognized supplier of power system equipment, Shihlin Electric has actively expanded into the green energy sector in recent years, offering clients optimal green energy solutions. In response to the growing demand for resilient power grids and the increasing focus on environmental protection, the company is committed to developing green energy industries, actively participating in public infrastructure projects, and continuously strengthening its core competencies to lead the market and meet customer needs. To fully seize opportunities in the green energy market, Shihlin Electric launched the cross-business group brand “Green Power”(綠巨能), rapidly building a comprehensive new energy business portfolio. The company’s green energy development is centered around four key pillars: 1.Green Power Supply – including aquaculture-solar symbiosis and EPC contracting for power plants. 2.Substation Construction – for self-use and third-party supply. 3.Energy Storage Projects – covering the entire value chain from planning to operation and maintenance. Green Energy Applications – such as EV charging stations and pillars, DC switches, and EV powertrains.

Green Energy Engineering

In the realm of green energy engineering, Shihlin Electric possesses comprehensive capabilities in planning, design, civil engineering, electrical systems, and operation & maintenance of solar power booster stations, modular substations, monitoring systems, and energy storage sites. These competencies encompass turnkey solar power plant projects, energy storage engineering, EV charger manufacturing and station construction, PCS and PV inverter integration, as well as the production and supply of various high- and low-voltage AC/DC related products. Together, these form a robust investment foundation for the development of a complete new energy and green energy ecosystem. Since 2018, Shihlin Electric has engaged in ground-mounted solar installations and has grown into Taiwan's largest EPC contractor for solar power plants. The company has also ventured into energy storage projects, completing multiple 69kV and 161kV energy storage sites now connected to the grid, achieving a market share of over 60%, thus solidifying its competitive edge in the renewable energy field. With exceptional product quality, SEEC has secured major contracts including: Energy Source Corp.’s aquaculture-solar hybrid site in Qigu, Tainan with integrated energy storage systems. HONGTEK Corporation’s 206MW aquaculture-solar and energy storage EPC project in Liuying, Tainan. AU Optronics’ NT$4 billion solar power plant turnkey project in Shuilin, including the land development of 163 hectares. Additionally, SEEC actively participates in major public works and Taiwan Power Company’s EPC projects, playing a critical role in national infrastructure, with project footprints across Taiwan and offshore islands.
